for individuals on their journey to recovery from eating disorders. When participating in our recovery coaching services, you or your loved one will experience continuous, personalized support designed to help you navigate your recovery journey effectively within your everyday environment.

1:1 Sessions
These 30- to 60-minute sessions occur in person or virtually via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. The length and frequency of the sessions are determined by your individual needs. However, to ensure consistency, we recommend clients initially schedule 60-minute sessions once a week to establish rapport and momentum.
Sessions will cover:
The importance of connection and interconnection
Establishing a sense of safety
Identification of eating disorder thoughts, beliefs, and subsequent behaviors
Identification of core values
Gained insight into your personal needs
Creating space between the urge to engage in behaviors and the action of the behaviors

Real-time Support
In-between Session Access via Text: Connect in the moment to help you navigate challenging situations or overwhelming emotions without resorting to behaviors. It's also a great way to celebrate recovery wins as they happen!
Meal or Snack Support: Having a meal or snack together can be powerful, as I can provide compassionate support in dealing with overwhelming emotions that arise when eating and support you in challenging eating disorder beliefs and food rituals.
Clothing Support: Shopping for clothes or getting rid of "sick" clothes can be an emotional and triggering experience. Wearing ill-fitting clothes can contribute to increased body checking and body dissatisfaction. My support can help you overcome this barrier by assisting you to rid your closet of clothing that no longer serves you, explore different styles of clothing to find what best fits your personality and is comfortable to wear, identify triggers associated with certain types of clothing or fabric, and help you develop neutral self-talk around the shopping experience.
Mind-Body Connection
As a certified practitioner of the iMove Method® and with specialized training from the Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders Institute, I can help you understand and identify how your body reacts to stress and feelings of safety. From here, we can practice body-based techniques to assist you in self-regulating your autonomic nervous system to access more balanced and supportive responses instead of defaulting to eating disorder behaviors. This is a trauma-informed practice performed only in coordination with your therapist. It is essential to acknowledge that the effectiveness of these techniques may vary depending on individual experiences and needs.
Live-In Recovery Coaching Services
Live-in services offer a higher level of personalized support and guidance for individuals in recovery while living in their home environment. This type of support is ideal for those transitioning from a higher level of care or seeking more intensive support to gain momentum in their recovery by implementing recovery actions in their real-life setting.
