Erica Waldron, MS, LMHC
Co-Founder
Erica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor based in Florida, with over a decade of clinical expertise in the mental health field. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Erica's journey extends beyond academia. As a former four-year Division I Field Hockey Athlete, she earned accolades for her athletic prowess and embodies a spirit of compassion, tenacity, and teamwork that remains unwavering.
Throughout her professional journey, Erica has assumed diverse roles, including impactful community work and director positions at a national eating disorder program. Her extensive experience spans various levels of care, particularly in co-occurring disorders. Specializing in eating disorders, Erica has undergone EMDR training, earned the distinction of a Qualified Supervisor, and refocused her practice on maternal mental health. She is committed to providing individual therapy for clinicians while fostering a secure and welcoming space for clients to embark on their treatment exploration.
In her therapeutic approach, Erica tailors each session to meet the unique needs of individuals, employing diverse therapeutic methods rooted in compassion, empathy, and curiosity. Beyond her professional commitments, Erica cherishes moments in nature and enjoys exploring well-known attractions with her family and friends, both locally and nationally.
Nicole Paolucci, MS, LMHC
Co-Founder
With two decades of dedicated experience in the mental health field, Nicole emerges as a seasoned professional committed to fostering growth and healing. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 2002 with a degree in psychology and subsequently earning a Master of Science in Counseling Education from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, Nicole's journey has unfolded through diverse roles, encompassing community mental health, middle school teaching, directorship of residential treatment centers, and extensive work in long-term addiction and trauma centers.
Specializing in a spectrum of areas such as eating disorders, women's issues, maternal mental health, relationships, family dynamics, addiction, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders, Nicole employs a range of modalities and therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Trained in EMDR to address trauma, she firmly believes in the significance of acknowledging one's history in understanding mental health, and recognizing its impact on present relationships and behavioral patterns. Nicole approaches her clients with empathy and understanding, believing that seeking help is a courageous step. Meeting each individual at their current life juncture, she provides a safe and comforting space, encouraging open dialogue on challenging issues.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nicole finds fulfillment in motherhood, cherishing family moments, exploring new destinations, and expressing her creativity through a love for the arts, decorating, and fashion. Radiating a welcoming, non-judgmental demeanor, Nicole brings a youthful and spirited approach to the journey of healing.
Julia Christodoulou MS, LMHC

With over a decade of professional experience in mental health counseling, Julia has honed her skills and expertise to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals facing a variety of challenges. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them navigate through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders, family conflicts, and relationship difficulties.
Julia's approach to counseling is client-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. She believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing. Through a collaborative and empowering therapeutic process, she aims to empower her clients to find inner strength, resilience, and self-awareness.
Drawing from her experience, Julia utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling to ensure that her clients receive the highest quality of care.
Julia is committed to supporting her clients on their journey towards mental wellness, self-discovery, and positive change. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals overcome their challenges, build healthier relationships, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and well-being in their lives.
In her free time, Julia enjoys spending moments with her husband and two daughters, exploring the beaches and parks in West Palm Beach. She finds joy in vacationing in the U.S. and Caribbean, often seeking out new experiences, such as skydiving. Julia is a genuine foodie enthusiast, relishing the opportunity to try new restaurants whenever she can.
Megan Fahey, MS, RD, IFNCP
Registered Dietitian
Megan is a Registered Dietitian, Integrative & Functional Nutritionist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. She holds her Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Bastyr University, one of the country’s leading schools for integrative medicine. Megan’s nutrition sessions artfully blend Eastern and Western healing modalities to help clients break free from patterns of disordered eating and restore balance in the body.
Megan creates personalized programs designed for each client to reprogram food beliefs, optimize digestive function, strengthen immunity, and balance hormones. She is an expert in the use of therapeutic nutrition to heal chronic disease and promote optimal health. Megan believes that every person deserves to transform their relationship with food into the fullest expression of self-care.
As a frequent traveler, avid reader, and amateur chef, Megan has an endless curiosity about the intersection between nature and culture.
Kerri Burr, MS LMHC
Therapist
Kerri Burr, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, brings valuable experience as a Primary Therapist in the inpatient community health setting, specializing in working with clients dealing with mental health and addiction. Her expertise lies in employing CBT-based approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, recovery, life transitions, and women's issues. Kerri is adept at fostering a positive mindset, enhancing self-esteem and confidence, and assisting individuals in developing coping skills for challenging times. Additionally, she draws on her extensive background as a yoga teacher since 2002, incorporating principles of breathing techniques and somatic therapy to help clients regulate their nervous systems.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kerri finds joy in her role as a room mom in her daughter's classroom, walking her Wheaten Terrier, Archie, and exploring new destinations with her family.
Mallory Flynn, MS
mental health counseling intern
Mallory earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern based in Florida with experience ranging from private practice to treatment facilities. Mallory specializes in teens and young adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and stresses related to school including high achieving burnout, perfectionism and social conflicts. Mallory developed a passion for working with teenagers and young adults through her six years as an educator and coach working with a variety of backgrounds and ages of adolescents. This time as a teacher inspired Mallory to do more with her career and gain the tools to work with adolescents in a different way.
Mallory’s philosophy to counseling is to create an environment where the patient has the opportunity to collaborate in their treatment as well as feel safe and heard. Her approach focuses on using tools from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to embolden the client to utilize the strength within them.
In her spare time, Mallory enjoys going to Disney and reading.
Brandy Walker
CCI-Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
Brandy Walker is a CCI-Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with a compassionate approach to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. With 30 years of personal experience living with an eating disorder and overcoming complex trauma, Brandy brings deep empathy and understanding to her coaching practice.
Brandy's philosophy is rooted in empowerment, self-compassion, and personalized support, respecting her client's authenticity and agency in their recovery. She believes everyone possesses the inner strength and wisdom to recover and helps clients tap into their inherent worth and value. As an adjunct to her client's treatment team, Brandy provides day-to-day support while clients navigate recovery in their everyday environments.
Trained by Carolyn Costin at the Carolyn Costin Institute and certified in the iMove Method by Amy Gardner, Brandy also continues training at the Embodied Recovery Institute. This training focuses on the foundational principles of neurological regulation and embodiment, specifically applied in a trauma-informed approach for those with eating disorders.
Brandy’s blend of professional training and personal insight uniquely positions her to inspire and empower her clients, fostering resilience and self-understanding as they progress in their recovery.
Outside of her professional life, Brandy enjoys spending time with her four little dogs, two of whom are rescues. She loves coffee, coffee shops, books, and contemplative writing. Happily married to her "split apart," Brandy's family includes her two adult children and their spouses. She appreciates sarcasm, identifies as an introvert, empath, and highly sensitive person, and finds replenishment in nature. Brandy also lives with and manages ADHD and EDS, bringing a rich understanding of resilience and self-care to her practice.
